Health and Safety Regulations

At National Mobile Massage, the health and safety of our clients and contractors are of the utmost importance. To maintain a healthy work environment for all, we ensure our providers follow local, state, and national health and safety guidelines. We ask that clients who are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing to please stay home and reschedule their appointment.

We understand that illness can be unpredictable, which is why we are happy to accommodate any rescheduling needs without penalty.

By adhering to this policy, we can help prevent the spread of illness and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Providers Qualifications

Rest assure that our Massage Therapists and Yoga Instructors are fully licensed and compliant with state laws and regulations. Each provider has undergone a comprehensive background check and carries liability insurance for your protection. Our team is highly trained and dedicated to delivering top-notch service to ensure your satisfaction. You can trust in the professionalism and expertise of our providers to provide you with a truly exceptional and luxurious experience.

 

Gratuity

Please note that a 20% gratuity for your therapist has been automatically included in the total price for your convenience.

 

Cancellation Policy

We require clients to provide at least a 48-hour notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the total service amount due. You are permitted to request a rescheduling of your appointment once. If the client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment time or is not present for the appointment, they will be charged the full amount. This also includes same day appointments. We understand that emergencies may arise, so exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

 

E-Gift Cards

Please be advised that E-gift cards are for in-home massages only and cannot be redeemed toward post-operative massage for clients who may be using health insurance. Additionally, E- Gift cards have a one-year expiration date from the date purchased and cannot be combined with any other promotions.

 

Parking

If parking fees are incurred during the time of service, the customer will be responsible for covering those charges in full.

 

Travel Fee

Thank you for considering our services. Please note that if a client is requesting services outside of city limits, a travel fee may be applied in the event we do not have providers in your area. This fee is per therapist and is intended to cover the additional expenses related to traveling long distances. We want to assure you that this fee will be disclosed to you prior to confirming your appointment.

 

Chair Massage/ Stretch & Wellness Events

Please note that all events must be a minimum of two hours

 

We offer a variety of options to assist with covering service fees

  • Option 1: Employer Provided Benefits
    • The Host will be billed according to the duration for which the provider is contracted.
  • Option 2: Funding By Host & Participants
    • For services in which participants are responsible for covering a portion of their massage appointment fees, we kindly request that each individual make their payments to the organizer in advance.
  • Option3: Employee Sponsored Benefits
    • For services where participants are required to pay for their massage appointments in full, we ask that each person please make their payments to the organizer in advance.

 

Invoices

For group service appointments, it is kindly requested that each employee or customer prepay their portion of the massage appointment to the organizer. An invoice for the total duration of the providers contracted time will be forwarded to the organizer.

 

Extended Time

If you are interested in extending the duration of your event, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We would be happy to assist you in any way we can. Please note that our providers are independent contractors, thus we will be required to verify their availability before confirming the extension.

 

Transition Policy

Massage therapists typically allocate 2 minutes for transitioning between appointments, meaning that a 15-minute session will typically consist of 13 minutes of hands-on time and so on.

 

Chair Massage Durations

Our services offer a variety of massage durations, ranging from 10, 15, 20, and 30 minutes. Additionally, we offer shorter 5–10 minute sessions specifically designed for unpredicted or high volume settings in which availability will be on a first come, first serve basis. Once you’ve been confirmed, clients are encouraged to use our online scheduler for sessions of 10-30 minutes long for ease of flow.

 

Events Outside Of Regular Business Hours

Any event scheduled before or after normal business hours will incur an extra charge for each therapist for every additional hour.
